Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Currently, we do not offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or nut free sweets. We have a very small kitchen and all of our equipment has at some point come in to contact with these foods including, but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, and nuts.

How far in advance should I order my cake?
As soon as you know about your event, please book it. We are a small business, scratch bakery that can only take a limited number of cake bookings each week. We would hate to disappoint you! We will take last minute orders if availability permits and an additional fee may apply.

Will you recreate an image of cake I found online?
We do not replicate the designs of other cake makers. However, you are most welcome to send us pictures to use as inspiration in the cake we create for you. Pictures will be used as a general guide only.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake?
Your cake is finished in buttercream which is made up of mostly butter. To maintain the beauty in your cake it is best to keep it in the fridge until just before the start of your event. Cake is best served at room temperature upon consumption for the best flavors.

Do you work with fondant?
We do not cover cakes in fondant. However, we can do fondant toppers and design additions to your cake.
SWEET BOX FAQs
How long will my sweets last?
Our cookies and brownies are best enjoyed within 5 days. Zap your cookies and/or brownies in the microwave for a few seconds to enjoy the best warm dessert!
Cake jars can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks and frozen for up to 2 months (before eating bring to room temperature for best eating).

Where do you ship sweet boxes?
We ship nationally (in the U.S.)!

How long will it take my box to get to me?
All orders placed Monday-Wednesday will ship out the following business day. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday in order to avoid your sweets sitting on a truck over weekend days. Once your items ship, please allow 2-3 days to receive your sweets. Express shipping will arrive within 1-2 days.
