Each week at camp has its own exciting theme, packed with activities, games, and adventures related to the theme! From outdoor exploration to creative arts, campers can look forward to a fresh, fun experience every week.

Explore the world of colors and how they work together! Campers will enjoy watercolor painting, tie-dye shirts, and more! We'll learn about shading, different types of colors, and how colors can be mixed to create new ones.

Get inspired by the beauty of nature to create stunning artwork. Campers will make leaf prints, rock paintings, nature collages, and more. They'll learn how natural materials can influence art.

Dive into 3D art by exploring various sculpting techniques. Campers will create sculptures using clay, wire, and recycled materials. They'll learn the difference between different types of sculptures.

Journey through time with art from different periods in history. Campers will explore ancient art, Renaissance masterpieces, and modern design. They'll learn how art evolved through the ages.

Get creative with food by turning meals into edible art. Campers will try food sculpting, cookie decorating, and even simple cooking projects. They'll learn the basics of food art and the fun of cooking.

Let creativity run wild with themes from fairytales and fantasy worlds. Campers will create illustrations of storybook characters, castles, and magic wands. They'll learn how to tell stories through visual art.

Discover the styles and techniques of famous artists like Picasso, Van Gogh, and Kandinsky. Campers will try their hand at abstract portraits and Starry Night-inspired paintings. They'll learn about the iconic art movements these artists contributed to.

Travel the globe through art and crafts from diverse cultures. Campers will try making Aboriginal Dot Painting, African beadwork, Japanese origami, and more! They'll learn about different artistic traditions from various countries.

Explore the connection between art and architecture with fun building projects. Campers will design mini houses, draw famous landmarks, and create architectural drawings. They'll learn about balance, structure, and symmetry in design.

Camp Schedule

7:45AM - 8:15 AM: Drop-Off and Welcome Activities

Light activities like coloring, drawing, and/or puzzle building while kids settle in

8:15 AM - 9:00 AM: Morning Circle

Brief weekly theme lesson, artist introduction, introduction to the day’s activity/ creation of the day, and a chance for kids to share anything they’ve created lately

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Creative Time

Individual Creation of the Day; Kids will work on their individual projects with guidance from the staff

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Snack Break & Free Play

Snack will be provided daily.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Outdoor Playtime

Get some fresh air, play a game, go on a quick walk around the plaza or creative outdoor art

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Creative Group Time

Group Creation of the Day; Kids will work on a group project with guidance from the staff

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break & Free Play

Lunch must be provided by parent daily. Lunch is provided by camp every Friday!

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Special Activity & Process Time

Process-Based Art; Kid’s will get the opportunity to create a unique piece of art that doesn’t focus on the outcome and just enjoy the process! We'll also have a daily special activity whether that's a game, special guest speaker, or fun activity to wrap up the lesson of the day.

2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Reflection and Art Gallery Walk

Practice for the big showcase; We’ll be setting up a mini art gallery around the room and kids will have a chance to explain their art and build public speaking skills and share what they’ve learned. No pressure, of course!

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Clean-Up and Dismissal
